We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor / Underwriter who already understands U.S. private and hard money lending and can manage files from application through closing with speed, accuracy, and strong communication.

This is NOT a training position.
You MUST have prior experience in U.S. private / hard money lending.
You must be able to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.
If you do NOT have experience with Fix & Flip, DSCR, or private lending structures, please do NOT apply.
We are only considering candidates who can step in and perform at a high level from day one.
Responsibilities
Process and underwrite loan files for Fix & Flip, DSCR, Ground-Up Construction, Gap / Gator Funding, Transactional Loans, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) loans.
Coordinate with capital providers, title companies, insurance agents, borrowers, and investors.
Review borrower documentation including credit reports, income documentation, appraisals, rehab budgets / Scope of Work (SOW), and entity documents (LLCs, Operating Agreements, EINs, etc.).
Prepare term sheets, collect conditions, and submit full loan packages for underwriting approval.
Maintain accurate data entry and well-organized loan files.
Manage the loan pipeline using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Communicate clearly and professionally with borrowers and partners.
Ensure compliance with private lending guidelines.
Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, borrower updates, and closing coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loan Processor, Underwriter, or Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) in U.S. private / hard money lending.
Strong working knowledge of DSCR loans, Fix & Flip loans, Ground-Up Construction loans, rehab budgets and SOW analysis, and title commitments and entity documentation.
Direct, hands-on experience working with capital providers such as RCN Capital and ROC Capital is strongly preferred, including submitting loans through their portals, managing underwriting conditions, coordinating draws, and closing loans. Experience with other similar private and hard money lenders is also a plus.
Prior U.S. mortgage or private lending experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
