About Us:
We're a specialized marketing agency serving martial arts gyms across the US. We help gym owners fill their calendars with qualified intro class bookings through targeted Meta advertising and automated follow-up systems.
The Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize
Primary Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve cost-per-lead and booking rates
Create and test ad variations (copy, creative, audiences) to maximize intro class bookings
Track key metrics: cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, show-up rates
Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients
Collaborate with our team to ensure leads flow properly into our GoHighLevel CRM
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client results
Basic support with GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Assist with client communication and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years proven experience managing Meta Ads
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, and optimization strategies
Experience with lead generation campaigns (bonus if in fitness/martial arts industry)
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and make strategic decisions
Excellent written English communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
Background in fitness, martial arts, or local service business marketing
Understanding of customer journey from ad click to booked appointment
Experience with conversion tracking and UTM parameters

Schedule & Availability:
Part-time to start (20-30 hours/week) with potential to grow to full-time
Flexible hours, but must be available for occasional overlap with US business hours (EST/PST)
Quick response time during business hours for urgent campaign issues
