JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an expert level AI Video Creator to join our team and help produce high quality, realistic video content for our business. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply experienced with modern AI video generation tools and who also has strong traditional video editing skills. You will be responsible for turning concepts, scripts, and ideas into compelling, professional video content that feels authentic and visually impressive.

Key Responsibilities
• Create realistic, high quality video content using AI video platforms such as Higsfield AI, VO3, and other advanced AI video generation tools
• Edit and refine AI generated videos to ensure smooth pacing, strong visuals, and professional polish
• Enhance videos with sound design, music, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects when needed
• Collaborate with our team to understand creative direction, branding, and project goals
• Optimize video output for different platforms including social media, websites, and advertising
• Stay up to date with the latest AI video tools, techniques, and best practices

Required Skills and Experience
• Expert level proficiency with Higsfield AI, VO3, and other AI video creation platforms
• Strong understanding of how to create realistic, human looking, and natural video content using AI
• Advanced video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong eye for detail, timing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow creative direction while also bringing new ideas and improvements to the table
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating video content for marketing, branding, or online businesses
• Familiarity with AI voice, lip sync, and avatar based video workflows
• Experience working with short form and long form video content
