Overview
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on residential fix-and-flip projects. We purchase, renovate, and resell homes at scale and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our acquisitions, transaction coordination, brokerage compliance, and listing operations.
This role requires very fluent English (spoken and written). You will communicate regularly with U.S. real estate agents, title companies, and a managing brokerage, so clear, professional communication is essential.
This position will begin with a paid trial period, with a strong opportunity to increase hours and transition into a long-term role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Acquisitions & Deal Analysis
Search the MLS for potential fix-and-flip opportunities
Analyze properties using company-defined acquisition parameters
Run Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to evaluate:
After-Repair Value (ARV)
Target purchase price
Renovation margin and resale profitability
Accurately update and maintain acquisitions spreadsheets
2. Transaction Coordination & Brokerage Compliance
Coordinate with title companies during active transactions
Track transaction milestones (contracts, inspections, deadlines, closings)
Submit purchase contracts to real estate agents
Follow up with agents via
Upload, organize, and maintain all transaction documents in SkySlope
Coordinate with the managing brokerage to ensure:
All required documents are submitted
Files are complete and compliant
Brokerage software is properly updated at all times
3. MLS Listings & Marketing Support
Update and maintain MLS listings for properties for sale
Enter and verify listing details, pricing, remarks, and disclosures
Manage listing status changes (Coming Soon, Active, Pending, Sold)
Use virtual staging software to stage property photos prior to listing
Organize listing photos and marketing assets in Google Drive
4. Administrative & Project Management
File and organize documents from transaction-related
Maintain consistent folder structures and naming conventions
Update Asana daily with task progress, notes, and follow-ups
Communicate proactively regarding task status, delays, or questions
5. Expense & Receipt Tracking
Log daily receipts from:
Menards
Home Depot
Amazon
Enter expenses into Google Sheets
Ensure accuracy, proper categorization, and completeness
Flag missing or unclear receipts immediately
Required Skills & Qualifications
Very fluent English (near-native spoken and written proficiency required)
Prior experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant strongly preferred
Strong understanding of:
MLS platforms
CMAs
Fix-and-flip investment fundamentals
Experience with or ability to quickly learn:
SkySlope
MLS listing systems
Brokerage compliance workflows
Virtual staging software
Proficient with:
Google Sheets & Google Drive
Email
Asana or similar project-management tools
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Able to follow systems, SOPs, and defined parameters precisely
Schedule, Trial Period & Compensation
Starting compensation: $550 USD per month
Trial commitment: 30–60 total hours
Trial duration: Typically completed over 30–60 days
Work schedule: Monday – Friday
Time zone: Must be available during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours (partial overlap acceptable)
Performance during the trial will be evaluated based on:
Accuracy and attention to detail
English communication (written and spoken)
Ability to follow instructions and systems
Reliability, responsiveness, and consistency
