Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist with excellent communication skills and experience in the SaaS and IT industry. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating and designing content, handling website and LinkedIn newsletters, executing paid digital advertising campaigns, and preparing detailed performance and analytics reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram,
Plan, create, design, and publish engaging content including posts, captions, banners, and short videos
Schedule, monitor, and engage with audiences using Hootsuite
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
Design social media creatives using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Set up and manage website newsletter subscription forms
Integrate website newsletter forms with
Manage newsletter subscriber lists, segmentation, opt-in, and unsubscribe compliance
Create, publish, and manage LinkedIn Page newsletters
Plan, write, design, and schedule newsletters on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
Track and analyze newsletter performance including open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, creatives, and A/B testing
Monitor ad performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROI
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Monitor overall digital marketing performance including engagement, reach, and lead generation
Prepare and share weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights
Suggest content, campaign, and ad improvements based on analytics and trends
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, advertising, and social media trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media
Strong hands-on experience with Hootsuite
Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Experience in newsletter setup and management (Website & LinkedIn)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong content writing and copywriting skills
Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
