JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in n8n to build and deploy real-world automations. This role is strictly focused on automation execution, not strategy decks or theory.

You will be responsible for building automations across social media workflows, reporting systems, and internal operations, with an emphasis on speed, reliability, and scalability.

This engagement will begin with paid gig-based automation projects. If execution quality, turnaround time, and communication meet expectations, this can evolve into a long-term project-based relationship.

What You Will Be Automating:
We have clearly defined automation use cases documented here:
----------

Examples include (but are not limited to):
-Social media workflow automation
-Reporting and data aggregation automation
-Internal operational automation
-AI-driven workflow orchestration

Required Experience:
To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

-Proven, hands-on experience using n8n in production environments
-Ability to demonstrate live n8n workflows during the interview
-Portfolio of completed n8n automations, including:

Workflow logic:
-Triggers, nodes, error handling
-API integrations
-Evidence that your automations are actively used and successful
-Fast turnaround time on builds and revisions
-Clear communication and structured execution

If you cannot show real n8n projects you personally built, please do not apply.

Engagement Structure:
-Initial engagement will consist of 2–3 paid automation gigs
-Each gig will have clearly defined success criteria

If execution is smooth and results meet expectations, we will:
-Continue assigning additional projects
-Explore a long-term automation partnership

Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to:

Walk through their n8n environment
-Demonstrate live workflows
-Explain how automations were deployed and maintained
-Discuss turnaround times and optimization approach
-This is a working interview, not a theoretical discussion.

How to Apply
Please include:
-A brief summary of your n8n experience
-Links or screenshots of n8n workflows you have built
-Confirmation that you can demo live n8n projects during the interview
-Your typical turnaround time for building automations
-Applications without proof of real n8n experience will not be reviewed.
