JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a competent and reliable video editor to help me produce high-quality content for a channel.

About the position:
I am launching a channel focused on delivering engaging, fast-paced videos. I need an editor who can turn original footage into AI-generated content (Kling) that matches my style and tone.

Responsibilities

Edit videos with clean pacing, strong rhythm, and viewer retention in mind.

Add basic motion graphics, subtitles, or effects when needed.

Incorporate background music, sound effects, and transitions.

Communicate clearly and meet deadlines.

Provide revisions when necessary.

Requirements

Strong command of English (for communication, script understanding, and accurate subtitles).

Proven experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, AI applications, etc.).

Ability to work with deadlines and deliver consistent quality.

Strong sense of storytelling and pacing.

Reliable and detail-oriented.

Access to a powerful computer and a stable internet connection.

Nice to have

Experience editing YouTube-style videos.

Knowledge of YouTube retention strategies.

Ability to add simple animations or motion graphics.

Familiarity with modern editing trends, timing, and pacing.
