About Us
We run two established brands: UpFix and MyAirbags. We help customers repair vs replace expensive electronics and safety components, saving them serious money and reducing downtime.
We need a hands-on operator who can turn ad spend into measurable revenue and improve conversion rates.
Important: This is an output-based role. If you don’t ship weekly improvements with proof, this will not be a fit.
Role Summary
You will own paid acquisition + CRO end-to-end:
- Build/optimize Google Ads (Search, and PMax only if it performs)
- Run Meta campaigns with a strong creative testing mindset
- Improve landing pages to increase conversion rate + lead quality
- Track performance weekly (spend ? leads ? qualified ? orders ? CPA/ROAS)
- Work directly with our Director of Sales & Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Build a weekly testing engine: new ads/angles + landing page improvements
- Reduce wasted spend (negatives, targeting, placements, exclusions)
- Coordinate with design/dev when needed (clear requirements, fast execution)
- Deliver a weekly Growth Scorecard and change log (proof-based)
KPIs (how we measure you)
- Qualified leads / orders from paid traffic
- CPA/CAC (qualified) and ROAS (or margin-adjusted ROAS)
- Conversion rate improvements on key pages
- Speed + consistency of testing (weekly cadence)
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (Search is mandatory)
- 2+ years hands-on Meta experience
- Strong CRO instincts + ability to ship landing page improvements
- Comfortable with GA4/GTM conversion tracking (you don’t need to code, but you must be competent)
- Proof of work: screenshots, metrics, change logs, examples

Remote
Full-time preferred (or strong contractor with proven output)
Must overlap at least 2–4 hours with US Central time
