JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a new e-commerce business preparing to launch our first product line. We're building our Shopify store from the ground up and need an experienced, organized Virtual Assistant to help us establish a strong foundation and successfully launch our brand across multiple platforms.
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify development, SEO, content creation, and Amazon marketplace management. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building something from the ground up and make a real impact on our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Shopify Store Development: Set up, customize, and maintain our Shopify store, including theme customization, product uploads, and store optimization
• SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to our store
• Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing copy that engages customers and drives conversions
• Amazon Listing Creation: Create and optimize Amazon product listings with keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions
• Image Editing: Edit and optimize product images for both Shopify and Amazon platforms to ensure professional presentation
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience with Shopify store development and management
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
• Experience creating Amazon product listings
• Proficiency in image editing software (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• Excellent written English and content creation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media marketing
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay)
