???? JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced **E-Commerce Virtual Assistant** who can **set up, manage, and maintain** our online selling platforms — primarily **eBay**, with additional work on **Facebook Marketplace** and other local e-commerce platforms.

This role is **NOT just listing items**.
The most important part is **setting everything up correctly**, then **managing and improving it daily** so we can eliminate small, time-consuming tasks from our office.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Set up and optimize our eBay store** (from structure to best practices)
* Create, manage, and optimize product listings
* Upload photos, write strong titles & descriptions, and price items correctly
* Manage orders, tracking, cancellations, and returns
* Handle customer messages professionally on eBay
* Monitor eBay account health, policies, and updates
* Keep us informed of important eBay changes, issues, or opportunities
* Set up, list, and manage **Facebook Marketplace**
* Keep product data organized (inventory, pricing, notes)
* Help streamline processes and reduce small daily office tasks

* Proven experience **setting up and managing eBay stores**
* Strong understanding of eBay policies, seller standards, and best practices
* Experience with **Facebook Marketplace** (setup + listings)
* Strong English communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and report updates clearly
