JOB OVERVIEW

Longone, a leading provider of ESL education in China since 2017, is seeking dedicated and innovative educators to join our expanding team of home-based teachers. Due to strong and consistent student demand, our current teaching schedule is fully booked, and we are actively recruiting additional qualified teachers to meet this growing need.

1. About the Role
As an online tutor, you will conduct one-on-one English lessons with both children and adults in China. Depending on the number of classes booked, you can earn between 10,000 and 50,000 pesos per month. Outstanding performance may lead to further opportunities within the company.

2. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons.
Tailor lesson plans creatively to suit students’ needs.
Use effective teaching aids and techniques.
Foster a positive learning environment for both children and adults.

3. Compensation and Schedule
Competitive rates: 70–90 pesos per 25-minute class.
Flexible schedules available for both part-time and full-time positions.

4. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Communication, or related fields preferred).
Excellent English communication skills.
Energetic and creative teaching style, with effective use of gestures.
NBI clearance.

5. Technical Requirements
Desktop or laptop computer.
Headset with microphone and noise-canceling feature.
Wired internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps).
Quiet, well-lit teaching environment.
