Overview:
We are looking for a true sales professional — not a script reader that also has social media experience. This role is for someone who can persuade, overcome objections, and close. You will be tested on the spot and required to role-play a live sales call during the interview.
If you don’t know how to sell or feel uncomfortable being challenged, do not apply.
Responsibilities:
Cold outreach via DMs, messages, and follow-ups
Engage leads and persuade them to schedule a call or purchase a product
Handle objections confidently without relying on scripts
Follow up with leads consistently until a decision is made
Assist with basic social media management and engagement (posting, responding, lead interaction)
Track conversations and outcomes accurately
Requirements:
Strong sales and persuasion skills (non-negotiable)
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Able to think on your feet and adapt in real time
Confident speaking, negotiating, and closing
Experience with social media outreach and lead engagement
Reliable, disciplined, and results-driven
Interview Process (IMPORTANT):
You will be tested immediately
You will role-play a sales call live
