POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Specialist to assist with daily operational tasks, optimize property listings, manage reservations, and oversee remote workflows. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations through administrative support, platform management, and quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Listing Optimization & New Onboarding: Use Rankbreeze to optimize listings and assist in onboarding new properties.
Pricing & Calendar Management: Audit reservation calendars, adjust PriceLabs to maximize occupancy, and renew listings on Zillow & Furnished Finder.
Operational Audits & Reporting: Review and manage Breezeway tasks, compile end-of-day reports, and ensure task completion accuracy.
Administrative Support: Organize and manage projects, track ---------- threads, and ensure updates are logged in ---------- and Google Drive.
Team Coordination & Task Management: Follow up with Remote Team Lead for any pending tasks without updates before closing them.
Direct Bookings & Leases: Oversee the entire direct booking and lease management process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Smart Home System Management: Manage Schlage door codes and Ecobee temperature settings based on booking changes after the AM shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years in property management of short-term rentals.
2+ years in an administrative or operations role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as ---------- , G-Suite, PriceLabs, Rankbreeze, and Breezeway.
Ability to troubleshoot and streamline processes for efficiency.
