Join Borrow Well as a Broker Support Officer (Mortgage Broking)
We’re hiring a remote Broker Support Officer to join Borrow Well in Adelaide. This is a hands-on operations role supporting our brokers end-to-end across active client files, from initial triage through to settlement.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support the broker across the full application lifecycle, including:
Managing loan lodgements and keeping files progressing through each stage
Liaising with lenders (assessment teams, BDMs, credit, valuations) and following up consistently
Client communication
Document review and file prep (correctness, completeness, suitability for submission)
Ordering valuations and coordinating any valuation follow-ups
Conducting credit checks and confirming key details before submission
Supporting settlements (tracking milestones, chasing outstanding items, ensuring nothing blocks settlement)
CRM and workflow maintenance so that the whole team can work as well as possible.
What to Expect
You’ll typically help manage multiple files at once and keep progress visible at all times.
The standard is same-day acknowledgement and proactive follow-up—clients and lenders should not be wondering what’s happening.
You’ll work within a defined workflow, but you’ll also be expected to spot issues early and escalate them with options, not problems.
The Skillset You’ll Need
To do well here, you must have:
Strong written and verbal communication in English (clear, fast, and professional)
High attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
Strong organisation and follow-through (nothing gets dropped)
Confidence with follow-ups and “difficult” conversations when needed
Comfort working in modern systems (CRM, lender portals, online docs, e-sign, checklists)
A bias toward action—progress matters, but accuracy is non-negotiable
