Job Description

We are testing a short-form video scriptwriter for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a 1-week paid trial to see if there’s a good fit before moving into a long-term role.

You will not be asked to come up with ideas from scratch.

You will be given:

Bullet points

Voice notes

Rough ideas

Existing scripts

Your task is to turn these into clear, engaging short-form scripts that are easy to record and designed to keep viewers watching.

Trial Responsibilities

Deliver 20 short-form scripts within 7 days

Improve hooks, pacing, and flow

Write in simple, natural, spoken English

Follow feedback and structure closely

Maintain the original tone and intent

Requirements

Experience writing short-form video scripts

Understanding of hooks and viewer retention

Reliable communication during the trial week

Ability to meet deadlines

After the Trial

If the trial is successful:

Ongoing weekly work available

Higher volume and pay over time

Long-term collaboration opportunity
