We are a small and growing pet food company supplying customers across the the British Isles and abroad. We operate multiple warehouses and are focused on high-quality nutrition, reliable deliveries, and excellent customer service. As we grow, we need a dedicated team member to keep stock accurate and ensure customers receive their orders on time.
Hours: Full-time, UK working hours
Role Purpose
Prevent out-of-stocks and maintain accurate inventory across three warehouses, while providing Level 1 customer service for order and delivery enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor stock across all warehouses
Order packaging
Coordinate logistics
Liaise with couriers
Review low-stock alerts in Inventory Planner
Prepare purchase order suggestions
Reconcile stock in Mintsoft and Magento
Prevent shrinkage
Identify risks before out-of-stocks occur
Respond to Level 1 Zendesk enquiries (tracking, delivery, order updates)
Escalate nutrition queries to Level 2 and complaints to Level 3 (Isle of Man)
Requirements
Stock control or ecommerce operations experience
Strong Excel/data skills
Zendesk or helpdesk experience
Excellent written English
Organised, proactive, detail-focused

Stock accuracy >98%
PO suggestions within 24 hrs
