JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time virtual professional who can work a minimum of 4 hours per day and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

A degree or equivalent in Interior Design / Interior Architecture with 5–8 years of experience.

Experience working on high-end residential and property development projects.

Ability to produce AutoCAD drawings to the highest standard, in line with company standards.

Support the administrative aspects of projects, including liaising with suppliers, managing incoming and outgoing drawings, and cataloguing presentation boards.

Manage incoming and outgoing drawings by collating and filing them promptly in accordance with the established filing system on the company server.

Proactively participate in internal and client tea ---------- etings and creative reviews; explore and discuss creative concepts at appropriate stages of the project.

Assist in selecting and collating fit-for-purpose finishes, sanitaryware, and hardware for design presentations.

Proficient in preparing sanitaryware, finishes, lighting, and furniture schedules.

Experience liaising with external architects, consultants, specialists, and suppliers.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Skills Requirements:

Full proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, and related software.

Ability to deliver project-specific requirements, such as furniture sketching, electrical drawings, and 3D models for joinery drawing packages.

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexible hours due to time zone differences. This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 3 days per week.
