JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-volume media company running multiple YouTube channels. We are NOT looking for a creative writer. We are looking for an organized "Operator" to run our production line.

If you are a creative writer who wants to write your own stories, DO NOT APPLY.
If you are a highly organized Project Manager who loves AI tools, checklists, and hitting deadlines, this is for you.

YOUR ROLE:
You will be the "Engine" of our production. You will take ideas, turn them into assets using our AI tools, and manage our team of editors to ensure videos are finished on time.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. AI Script Generation (Daily):
- You will take approved topics from our Trello board.
- You will use our specific "Prompt Guide" and Claude AI to generate scripts.
- You will compile the script sections into Google Docs. (No creative writing required, just precise execution of our system).

2. Voiceover Generation:
- You will use our TTS tool to generate voiceovers.
- You will check our ---------- "Pinned Messages" to ensure you use the correct Voice ID and settings for each channel.
- You will audit the audio files to ensure no glitches before sending them to editors.

3. Production Management (Trello & ---------- ):
- You will assign the Script and Voiceover to our Editors and Thumbnail Designers on Trello.
- You will ensure the Designer knows which script to follow for the thumbnail.
- You are responsible for the deadline. You must message editors on ---------- daily. If they are late, you chase them.

4. Quality Control & Uploading:
- When an editor submits a video, you check it using our checklist.
- If it passes, you upload it to YouTube using our Templates.
- If it fails, you tag the editor for revisions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- EXTREMELY ORGANIZED: You will manage 5 channels. You must never lose a file or forget to tag a tea ---------- mber.
- TECH SAVVY: You must be comfortable using Trello, ---------- , Google Drive, and learning new AI tools quickly.
- FAST INTERNET: You will be uploading large video files to YouTube. Slow internet will not work.
- HIGH AVAILABILITY: You need to be online during your shift to unblock editors if they have questions.

HOW TO APPLY (Strict Instructions):
We entirely ignore generic AI written applications. To be considered, you must follow these 3 steps exactly:

1. Record a 60-second LOOM video (screen recording) of your desktop.
- In the video, show me how you currently organize your files or your daily to-do list. I want to see that you are tidy and organized.
- Speak in the video so I can hear your microphone quality/English level.
2. In your application or loom video, you must include a screenshot of your internet speed test or show it when recording.
3. Make the Subject Line of your application: "FACTORY OPERATOR - [Your Favorite Color]"

If you do not include the Loom video or the specific subject line, your application will be archived immediately.
