About the "Eye for Design" Thing
We know it's rare to find someone who's both highly technical AND has aesthetic sensibility. We're not expecting a designer - but someone who can look at a page and notice "that button looks weird" or "this spacing feels off" is incredibly valuable. If you have any design sense at all, please highlight it!
