About the "Eye for Design" Thing
We know it's rare to find someone who's both highly technical AND has aesthetic sensibility. We're not expecting a designer - but someone who can look at a page and notice "that button looks weird" or "this spacing feels off" is incredibly valuable. If you have any design sense at all, please highlight it!

TYPICAL REQUESTS YOU'LL HANDLE

Quick Fixes (Same Day):
"The add-to-cart button isn't working on mobile"
"Can you update the banner to say 'Free Shipping on Orders $200+'?"
"The homepage is loading slowly - can you check it?"
"We need to add a new collection page for tomorrow's launch"

Optimization Projects (Ongoing):
"Let's tweak the product page template that our Website Designers made for us"
"Can we speed up the collection pages?"
"I want to test moving the size guide higher on the page"
"How can we reduce cart abandonment?"

Strategic Questions:
"Should we switch to a different theme?"
"Is there an app that does X?"
"What's causing this issue with checkout?"
"How do other brands handle this?"
