JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I am a U.S.-based real estate professional building a content-driven, database-owned lead generation system. I am transitioning away from paid lead platforms and need a highly capable Virtual Assistant to manage marketing execution, content systems, and CRM workflows.
This is a backend execution role, not a sales role. You will help turn ideas, videos, and conversations into organized systems that generate leads and build authority.
If you enjoy structure, AI tools, content systems, and ownership of processes, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing, YouTube & Content Execution
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to help:
* Create scripts from topics I provide
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos
* Edit videos for:
* YouTube (long-form)
* Instagram Reels / Shorts
* Upload YouTube videos with:
* SEO-friendly titles
* Descriptions
* Tags
* Thumbnails (using Canva templates)
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Educational Content & Email Support
* Create short educational resource videos for weekly emails
* Organize content by topic (buyers, sellers, relocation, etc.)
* Assist with formatting and organizing email content

Instagram & Social Media
* Create Instagram Reels and posts from existing video content
* Write captions using AI tools (aligned with brand voice)
* Schedule posts
* Maintain a simple content calendar

Canva Design & Digital Assets
* Create Canva materials such as:
* Flyers
* Educational PDFs
* Client resources
* Digital guides
* Maintain brand consistency
* Organize assets for reuse

CRM Workflows & Automation (Very Important)
* Help build CRM workflows for:
* New leads
* Buyer follow-up
* Post-consult follow-up
* Long-term database nurture
* When I speak to a new lead/client, I will tell you which workflow to apply
* Execute workflows accurately and consistently
* Help document and improve workflows over time
> Note: Workflows are not fully built yet. You will help create them with guidance.

Required Skills
* Experience as a Marketing or Content VA
* Comfortable using AI tools for scripts and content
* Experience with:
* YouTube uploads and basic SEO
* Instagram Reels
* Canva (intermediate or advanced)
* CRM systems and automation
* Strong written English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and asynchronously

Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience supporting real estate, coaches, or service-based businesses
* Familiarity with email marketing tools
* Experience building workflows or SOPs
* Understanding of content repurposing
