Job Overview
We are a fast-growing US-based ecommerce company seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Chargeback and Dispute Specialist. Your primary mission is to protect our revenue by managing, responding to, and winning payment disputes across multiple platforms including PayPal and various merchant processors.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the "compelling evidence" required to win ecommerce disputes and is comfortable navigating high-volume merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispute Management: Monitor, draft, and submit high-quality evidence packages for credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes.

Platform Navigation: Pull transaction data, shipping updates, and customer communication from Shopify and Checkout Champ.

Merchant Portals: Manage disputes directly within NMI and various payment processor back-ends.

Documentation: Organize and track dispute win/loss ratios to identify trends or potential fraud issues.

Communication: Coordinate with our customer support team to gather necessary information for dispute evidence.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years handling chargebacks and disputes specifically for Ecommerce brands.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Checkout Champ, and NMI (Network Merchants Inc) is highly preferred.

PayPal Expert: Deep understanding of the PayPal Resolution Center process.

English Fluency: Exceptional written English skills for drafting persuasive and professional rebuttal letters.

Attention to Detail: You must be highly organized to ensure no dispute deadlines are missed.

Schedule & Compensation:

Salary: $750 USD per month (Paid 2x a month).

Status: Full-Time.

Hours: Primary work can be done during PH Business Hours.

Availability: Must be available for occasional 15–30 minute syncs/meetings during US EST business hours.
