The Role
As an Account Executive at Social Scout, you'll be the main point of contact for 5–8 clients and oversee the full execution of
This is not a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be actively testing, optimizing, and pushing for better results across every account you touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Communication. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, communicating daily through Slack, Outlook, Loom, and Zoom. This includes approving designs, providing progress updates, and fielding questions. Your clients should always feel informed, supported, and confident in the work being done.

Design Coordination. You'll work closely with our graphic designers to brief, coordinate, and review
Klaviyo Implementation. You'll quality check and schedule campaigns, and collaborate with our Klaviyo technicians to build out
Copywriting. You'll write high-converting
Reporting & KPIs. You'll track performance at every level. This includes near-daily updates to clients, monthly account reports, and quarterly performance reviews.
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows, campaigns, and segments across multiple eCommerce brands.
Direct experience managing 5+ client accounts, ideally in an agency or freelance setting.
Strong
Deep knowledge of core
Confidence in A/B testing, running strategic tests on subject lines, send times, content, and creative.
Solid grasp of segmentation and deliverability. You know how to keep open rates high and
Comfortable reviewing designs in Figma and giving clear, constructive feedback to designers.
Organized and reliable. You can juggle multiple deadlines across multiple brands without dropping the ball.

Detail-obsessed. You will be sending campaigns to 100K+ recipients at a time. Every link, every subject line, every piece of copy must be flawless. Proofreading and quality control are non-negotiable. We cannot afford errors.
