JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a SENIOR Chief of Staff / HR & Operations Manager with strong e-commerce background to work directly with the Founder.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage e-commerce teams, structure operations, and ensure execution.
This role requires experience, ownership, and leadership.

?? Senior profiles only. No juniors. No training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage senior e-commerce roles

Lead onboarding and team performance

Set KPIs and enforce accountability

Manage HR & admin operations

Act as Founder’s right hand

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

5+ years experience in e-commerce

3+ years managing remote teams

Proven experience hiring and managing e-commerce roles

Strong leadership & execution mindset

Fluent English

Independent, structured, reliable
