Position Overview:
The Teaming Partner Outreach Specialist will support federal government contracting efforts by identifying, qualifying, and engaging subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to obtain pricing, quotes, capability and past performance information in support of government RFQs, Sources Sought, and solicitations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Source, research, and identify qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and teaming partners for federal procurements.
-Conduct daily outreach via phone and

*Lead times and availability.
*Compliance confirmations.
-Clearly communicate government Scopes of Work, technical requirements, and solicitation instructions to potential teaming partners.
-Support rapid-turn sourcing for RFQs with short response windows.
-Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups using CRM and internal tracking tools.
-Coordinate closely with proposal and operations teams to meet submission deadlines.
-Maintain professional relationships with vendors across the facility maintenance and management industry.
Required Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience with federal government contracting, subcontractor sourcing, or supplier outreach.
-Strong understanding of RFQs, SOWs, and federal procurement terminology.
-Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls and professional
-Sales, business development, or vendor-relations background.
-Knowledge of the Facility Maintenance & Management industry (janitorial, HVAC, electrical, general maintenance, grounds, facilities services, etc.)
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Ability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience using
-Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms
-Experience supporting prime contractors on federal proposals or RFQs
-Understanding of compliance considerations (insurance, certifications, small-business status, etc.)

Work Schedule & Compensation Structure:
-Part-Time to Start
-Average of four (4) continuous working hours per day
-Five (5) days per week
-Weekly Pay Range
*$100 – $200 USD per week, based on performance, responsiveness, and sourcing effectiveness
-Performance-Based Bonuses:
*Bonus eligibility for securing 2–3 qualified subcontractor and/or supplier quotes per RFQ
-Quotes must include pricing and SOW-aligned capability confirmation.
-Bonus applies when all required quotes and capability information are delivered within one (1) business day of RFQ issuance
