JOB OVERVIEW

Background

We run a 12-week program that helps coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners build foundational automation systems for marketing, sales, and delivery.

Our clients are often new to automation and rely on clear instruction, structure, and support to implement systems themselves. This role is critical to the success of the program and to creating a calm, confidence-building experience for our members.

Job Description

We are hiring one or two Automation Trainers to lead live trainings and support clients as they build their own automations.
This is a teaching-focused role, not done-for-you implementation. You will guide, explain, demonstrate, and answer questions during live sessions, helping clients understand how to use their automation platforms step-by-step.

You will follow a clearly defined 12-week curriculum and weekly training structure. Curriculum creation is not required.

Soft Skills

Fluent, confident English (spoken and written)
Patient and supportive teaching style
Calm under pressure during live sessions
Detail-oriented and organized
Respectful of boundaries and scope

Basic Skills

Comfortable using Zoom or similar video platforms
Ability to share screens and guide others verbally
Familiarity with online communities (Skool or similar)
Basic reporting and documentation skills

Required Technical Skills and Experience

Hands-on experience with at least two automation platforms, including GoHighLevel
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, calm, non-overwhelming way
Comfort troubleshooting live while clients share their screens
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Professional audio and video setup

Clients may be using platforms such as:

GoHighLevel
Keap
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
Kartra
Kajabi
Stan Store

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

Experience training or supporting coaches or service-based businesses
Familiarity with funnels, email sequences, forms, tags, and workflows
Prior experience leading live trainings or group Q&A calls

Detailed Responsibilities

Live Training & Q&A
Lead or co-lead two (2) live 60-minute sessions per week
Follow the provided curriculum exactly as designed
Demonstrate workflows using a GoHighLevel demo sub-account
Support clients as they share their screens in their own platforms
Answer questions live and guide clients to implement independently
Keep explanations clear, patient, and non-overwhelming
Consistent availability for the full 12-week program

Community Support

Spend 30 minutes per week monitoring and responding to posts in the Skool community
Answer basic platform and curriculum-related questions
Encourage progress and escalate issues when needed

Reporting

Submit weekly reports tracking:

Number of attendees per session
Common question themes and sticking points
Platform-specific questions
Any red flags or issues requiring escalation

Work Schedule and Holidays

Part-time, contract role
Two scheduled one hour live sessions per week
Additional 30 minutes per week for community support
Additional 30 minutes per week for reporting
One hour per week for tea ---------- etings
Schedule will be shared in advance
All classes will take place between 10:00am and 6:00pm Pacific

Salary

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience and availability.
Additional hours may become available as the program expands.
Opportunity to take on additional training hours as the program grows
