AI-Powered Marketing Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Digital Marketing for Media Production Company

Position Overview
Cass Studios is seeking a highly skilled AI-Powered Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage social media marketing and digital content for five photography and video production brands. This role requires a strong blend of creative execution, technical marketing skills, AI expertise, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a self-directed operator who can manage multiple brands, troubleshoot systems, and use AI to work faster and smarter without sacrificing quality.

This is a remote contract position. The Virtual Assistant must work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours and maintain reliable internet with a documented backup plan.

Brands Supported
The Virtual Assistant will support five photography and video production brands, each with its own brand voice, audience, and goals.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing
Schedule and publish content using Metricool
Manage posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and TikTok
Follow established posting schedules and brand guidelines
Research and apply relevant and trending hashtags
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and respond appropriately
Track social media performance metrics and provide reports
Maintain consistent posting and engagement across all brands

Video Reel Editing
Edit short-form video reels for social media platforms
Work with 4K video footage and high-resolution assets
Maintain bold, vibrant, and high-energy brand styles
Optimize pacing, transitions, captions, and formatting per platform
Prepare videos for upload and scheduling in Metricool
Use a computer capable of reliably editing 4K video footage without performance issues


Email
Marketing (Go High Level)
Manage email campaigns in Go High Level
Create and schedule monthly email campaigns for each brand
Segment email lists and optimize open and click-through rates
Support follow-up sequences and lead nurturing
Troubleshoot Go High Level workflows, automations, and integrations including forms, calendars, email, SMS, Stripe, and Zapier
Identify integration failures quickly and communicate findings and recommended fixes clearly

Blog Writing and Content Publishing
Write well-structured, engaging blog posts aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices
Research topics related to photography, video production, branding, and creative industries
Publish blog content on a consistent schedule
Upload, format, and publish blogs in Squarespace and WordPress including images, links, and metadata

Website Support
Add and update blog content in Squarespace and WordPress
Make minor content edits as needed
Identify technical issues and report them promptly

AI and Research Responsibilities
Operate at an advanced, power-user level with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar models
Use AI strategically for research, ideation, captions, blogs, email drafts, content calendars, and optimization
Create and reuse effective prompts and AI workflows
Fact-check, refine, and humanize AI-generated content before publishing
Document AI prompts and workflows so systems are repeatable and transferable
Use AI as a support tool, not a replacement for judgment, originality, or SOP compliance

Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Go High Level including workflows, automations, and integrations
Proven experience using Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools
Strong short-form video editing skills with 4K footage
Experience with email marketing and blog writing
Working knowledge of Squarespace and WordPress for blog publishing
Advanced proficiency using AI tools for marketing and content execution
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without confusion
Strong written communication skills in English
Excellent organization and time management skills

Technical and Availability Requirements
Computer capable of editing 4K video footage reliably with sufficient RAM, CPU/GPU power, and storage
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Backup internet plan required such as a mobile hotspot, secondary ISP, or coworking access
Ability to work during Mountain Standard Time business hours
Consistent availability and proactive communication during scheduled hours

Maintains confidentiality and discretion
Communicates proactively if issues, delays, or outages occur
Notifies management in advance of planned time off, illness, power outages, or technical disruptions
