JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing SaaS company building Autopilot CRM for home service businesses.
Our customers get a WordPress website + CRM + automations, and we’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who can build, configure, and connect systems — not just install plugins.

This role is for someone who likes systems, logic, workflows, and clean setups.

What You’ll Be Doing

Duplicate and configure WordPress websites from a proven template

Install and configure WordPress plugins (forms, SEO, caching, etc.)

Set up and customize GoHighLevel

Pipelines

Workflows

Triggers

Forms

SMS/email automation

Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n

Assist with AI-powered workflows (logic, routing, triggers — not model training)

Connect WordPress ? CRM ? automations

Assist with A2P registration steps using SOPs

Follow a detailed implementation checklist

Watch training videos and learn Autopilot CRM (no prior knowledge required)

You build and implement — customer communication is handled by our CSM.

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Strong WordPress experience

Themes, plugins, forms, basic troubleshooting

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience

Pipelines, workflows, automations

Experience building workflows in n8n

Comfortable working with logic-based automations

Able to follow SOPs and checklists precisely

Detail-oriented and consistent

Required Mindset

You think in systems, not one-off fixes

You like repeatable processes

You don’t guess — you follow the checklist

You finish what you start

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

Zapier or Make experience

Twilio / SMS setup experience

Basic API / webhook familiarity

AI workflow experience (routing, summarization, triggers)

SaaS onboarding or implementation background

No software engineering degree

No front-end design perfection

No customer support or sales work

Clean, functional, and working > pretty.

Work Details

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Long-term role (we don’t churn tea ---------- mbers)

Clear SOPs, Loom videos, and structured onboarding

Output-focused, not hours-focused
