## The Role

We're seeking an experienced NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant to join our growing team. You'll work directly with manufacturing and distribution clients to design, implement, and optimize their warehouse operations using NetSuite's WMS capabilities.

## What You'll Do

- Lead WMS implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients
- Configure NetSuite WMS modules including RF scanning, bin management, cycle counting, and inventory control
- Design warehouse workflows and processes optimized for client operations
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions focused on warehouse operations
- Train client teams on WMS functionality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues during and after implementation
- Document configurations, processes, and custom solutions
- Collaborate with our broader NetSuite team on integrated manufacturing solutions

## What We're Looking For

**Required:**
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite WMS implementation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, RF scanning, and inventory management
- Experience with NetSuite's bin management, picking strategies, and fulfillment workflows
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into WMS configurations
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Client-facing experience with the ability to lead training sessions
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

**Preferred:**
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator)
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Familiarity with barcode scanning hardware and mobile RF devices
- Knowledge of NetSuite's Advanced Shipping or Advanced Bin/Lot Management
- SuiteScript experience for custom WMS enhancements
