About Us:

At Simplified Impact, we help businesses grow through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on performance advertising. We manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for clients, focusing on lead generation and revenue growth

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day campaign performance (from launch and optimization to testing and scaling) while working closely with our Paid Ads Lead on overall strategy..
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, understands how to optimize for real business results (not just clicks), and enjoys working in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Campaign Management & Optimization:
Work alongside the Paid Media Specialist to launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. Analyze performance data and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives to reach client goals.


Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor KPIs such as CPA/CPL, CTR, frequency, and conversion rates. Share performance insights and flag issues or opportunities for scaling.


Creative Testing & Ad Improvements:
Implement creative and audience testing. Suggest new angles and improve ad creatives using Canva when needed, following brand guidelines.


Ad Account Setup & Tracking Support:
Support ad account setup, including pixel installation, event tracking, and domain verification. Coordinate with developers or tea ---------- mbers to ensure accurate tracking and data flow.


Lead Funnel & Email Support (As Needed):
Assist with basic CRM workflows and follow-up sequences to support lead nurturing and conversion.


Marketing Platform Support:
Work within platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or Go High Level to support lead management and automation related to paid ads.


Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with lead generation or conversion goals


Experience analyzing Ads Manager data and optimizing based on performance metrics


Basic design skills for creating and adjusting ad creatives using tools such as Canva (Photoshop experience is a plus, not required).


Experience or exposure to email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Go High Level, particularly for follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing.


Understanding of lead generation fundamentals, including form-based leads, conversion tracking, and basic funnel concepts.


Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs and processes provided by the Paid Ad Specialist.


Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team and support marketing initiatives targeting Western markets.
