JOB OVERVIEW

We are a commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced female cold caller with excellent English and a neutral/minimal accent. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to generate interest quickly.

Role: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Experience: Minimum 5 years cold calling (B2B preferred)
English: Excellent, clear, neutral accent
Work: Remote

Responsibilities:
• Call businesses and building managers to offer a free cleaning quote
• Qualify prospects and set appointments
• Follow a script while sounding natural
• Record notes and maintain accurate call logs

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of cold calling experience
• Female applicant with strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with high call volume
• Quiet workspace, strong internet, and quality headset

Preferred:
• Experience in commercial cleaning, real estate, or service-based industries
• Experience using dialers or CRMs (HubSpot, follow up boss, pipedrive)
