We're expanding our operations and need a skilled professional to manage our credit repair customer service operations and marketing automation systems.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Customer Service Specialist with expertise in DisputeFox to manage client consultations, onboarding, and marketing automation. This role combines customer service excellence with technical marketing skills to support our growing credit repair division.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Repair Operations
Conduct professional credit consultations with clients
Manage client onboarding process using DisputeFox
Review credit reports and explain findings to clients
Guide clients through dispute processes and credit improvement strategies
Track client progress and provide ongoing support
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise
Sales & Client Management
Conduct sales consultations and close credit repair services
Understand and explain funding options to clients
Guide clients through funding sequences
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates
Upsell additional services when appropriate
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management a plus
Build and optimize sales pipelines in GHL
Create and manage marketing automation workflows
Set up
Track leads through various pipeline stages
Generate reports on conversion rates and pipeline performance
Integrate DisputeFox with GHL systems
Marketing Support
Develop nurture sequences for different client segments
Create follow-up campaigns for consultations and onboarding
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
Coordinate marketing efforts with sales activities
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
Proven experience in credit repair (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong understanding of credit reports, scoring, and dispute processes
Hands-on experience with DisputeFox for client onboarding
Advanced GoHighLevel (GHL) skills including pipeline management and automation
Sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals
Knowledge of funding processes and funding sequences
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional phone manner for client consultations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
Strongly Preferred:
Business credit experience - this is a HUGE plus
Experience with business funding and tradeline building
Knowledge of business credit reporting agencies (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business)
Customer service experience in financial services
Experience integrating multiple software platforms
Technical Skills Required

Working Hours & Commitment
Part Time to Full-time position (20-40 hours per week)
