JOB OVERVIEW

Require a skilled youtube growth specialist and content manager to manage content across youtube, instagram, and tiktok.

Job Requirements
- Fluent in english for copywriting
- help grow the channel
- Create eye catching thumbnails (long and short form)
- Titles, Descriptions, Chapters, SEO Optimisation, Tags (skilled and experience required!)
- skilled with vid IQ or other tools to help
- A/B Testing > analysing whats working whats not
- Disciplined in your work providing data and evidence on growth
- content consists of 4-5 x youtube videos per week, all need optimised, 7-10 short forms, this then needs scheduled, optimised with thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags etc
- help with creating other types of creative content for sharing on social media.

Experience required, please share links to your work you have delivered. Include Youtube10 in job application title.
Ideally I would like to work with someone that we don't need to communicate often, only providing the reports so that I can see the results and how they are converting.
