JOB OVERVIEW

Thanks to some incredible recent growth, we are on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who’s eager to learn and help our clients grow.

You will work closely with the head of operations to perform daily updates and monitor accounts. Over time you will also take on roles and tasks around updating listings, submitting updates, uploading new imagery and other tasks that appear when working with Amazon.

Essential Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English – able to communicate clearly and professionally with the team and clients when needed.
- Strong with numbers and mental maths – comfortable working with percentages, basic calculations, and analysing simple data.
- Organised and detail-oriented – able to follow SOPs precisely, spot mistakes, and keep tasks structured.
- Self-motivated and reliable – able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Able to follow, create and update SOPs – understands the importance of documented processes and can keep them organised and up to date.
- Good computer literacy – confident using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and able to learn new online tools and software quickly.
- High level of accuracy and consistency – especially when working with numbers, reports, and campaign data.

Desirable (but not essential, training will be provided)

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central - Vendor Central a bonus
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Google Sheets, bulk files)
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, or advertising
- Minimum 2 years experience working on Amazon
- Experience using task/project management tools like ClickUp and Slack

We will need to communicate with you during some UK hours but the core work can be carried out within your time zone. Daily communication will happen between 8am and 11am UK time.
