We create authority-driven content that converts, not generic social media edits. If you love premium-level editing, fast turnarounds, and seeing your work directly impact real growth and revenue, this role is for you.
This is not project-based. We are building a long-term editing team.
We’re looking for someone who wants stability, consistency, and a role they can grow into over time.
Starting rate is $4/hr with fast performance-based increases once quality, speed, and reliability are proven.
As the scope, difficulty, and responsibility of your work increases, your pay will increase as well.
We believe in respectful communication, clear expectations, and long-term partnership. We treat our editors as partners, not disposable freelancers.
We give clear feedback, reasonable timelines, and want our editors to succeed long-term.
We also respect the investment you make in your equipment and skills, and we aim to build a working relationship that is worth your time and effort.
We prioritize sustainable workloads and realistic expectations as we grow together.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll work directly with our marketing and creative teams to:
• Edit weekly long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, interviews) from 4K studio footage
• Turn long-form content into short-form clips for ads and social media
• Repurpose content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, and similar formats
• Deliver short-form edits in under 48 hours

• Add music, sound effects, captions, zooms, b-roll, and motion graphics
• Create high-retention, dynamic, fast-paced edits that hold attention
• Maintain clean file organization and delivery workflows
• Communicate clearly, update status, and flag blockers early
We currently have about 8 hours of long-form content recorded in a professional studio that needs to be edited. We care about quality and sustainability, so we will agree on realistic timelines together.
At the start, edits will be more basic and straightforward while we build workflow, alignment, and trust.
As we get comfortable working together, complexity, creativity, and scope will increase. Pay will reflect that increase in responsibility and difficulty.
After this initial batch, there will be ongoing weekly work for content, ads, client projects, podcasts, and more.
