JOB OVERVIEW

Join Our Fast-Growing Healthcare Company! We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. Our business focuses on women’s health conditions, working closely with employers and healthcare systems to support their employees and patients.

You will be part of a team of 15 professionals, collaborating with 3 other virtual assistants to ensure smooth operations.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day)
- Work Hours: Mostly flexible, with some overlap required.
- Compensation: Fixed salary-based (with overtime pay available)
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads to schedule meetings
- Monitor & manage emails and LinkedIn messages
- Perform data entry & due diligence preparation for meetings
- Send follow-up emails after meetings
- Manage spreadsheets and work with CRM software

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admin assistance, customer support, or a similar role
- Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) and can create effective prompts
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Experience with Google Sheets & CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong written & verbal English skills
