Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused B2B content strategy aligned with company goals
- Create professional social media content using job site photos and videos (before/after, installations, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership)
- Edit and produce short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and credibility within the construction and design industry
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaigns, messaging, and positioning
- Research competitors and industry trends to improve content strategy
- Track performance metrics and provide simple reports with insights and recommendations
- Proactively suggest content ideas and process improvements
