Job Title: E-commerce Email Marketer (Klaviyo)
Job Type: Full-time (Remote – Philippines only)
Schedule: Flexible, must have at least 4 hours overlap with [insert your time zone, e.g., US EST]
Salary Range: $5–$7 USD per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Work from home (Philippines-based applicants only)

About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on digital marketing, product launches, and customer retention. Email and SMS are a major revenue driver for our business, and we’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketer who specializes in Klaviyo to help us scale our campaigns and automations.

We’re searching for someone who understands e-commerce customer journeys, segmentation, and conversion-focused copywriting, and who can turn email into a consistent, high-performing sales channel.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo

Create and optimize automations (Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.)

Write conversion-focused email copy for promotions, product launches, and retention

Design clean, on-brand email layouts (Klaviyo templates / basic design skills)

Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement

A/B test subject lines, content, design, and send times

Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue)

Optimize deliverability, list health, and unsubscribe rates

Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategy with paid ads and promotions

Qualifications

Must be based in the Philippines

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing

Proven expertise with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation)

Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and analytics

Skilled in conversion-focused copywriting

Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

Strong attention to detail and time management

Reliable internet connection and organized work habits

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with SMS marketing in Klaviyo

Familiarity with email deliverability best practices

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategy
