JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are a US-based creative services company looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead and manage our Graphic Design and Video Creative teams full-time.

This role is strictly for senior-level professionals with real-world experience managing creative production workflows. You should be highly organized, execution-focused, and confident owning projects end-to-end in a structured remote environment.
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who values quality, accountability, and growth.

Work Focus
Primary: Creative Project Management
?Secondary (As Needed): Hands-on graphic design or video editing support

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Team Leadership
* Own and manage end-to-end workflows for graphic design and video projects
* Lead and coordinate Graphic Designers and Video Creatives
* Translate client requests and briefs into clear, actionable tasks
* Assign tasks, set priorities, and enforce deadlines
* Track progress and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks
* Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with briefs
* Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
* Maintain organized project boards and documentation
* Improve and enforce SOPs, templates, and workflows

Hands-On Creative Support (As Needed)
* Step in to execute graphic design tasks during high-volume periods
* Assist with basic video editing or revisions when required
* Support the team directly to keep projects on track and deadlines met

Required Experience (Senior-Level Only)
* Experience in project management within a creative agency or digital team is a must
* Proven experience managing designers and video editors
* Strong understanding of graphic design and video production workflows
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills

Required Tools & Knowledge
Tools You’ll Use:
* Project management software to track tasks, timelines, and deadlines
* Adobe Creative Cloud for reviewing and assisting with creative work
* Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace for daily communication and coordination
* Familiarity with CapCut is a plus

Communication & Work Style
We value execution, clarity, and reliability over perfect English. You should be able to:
* Clearly communicate priorities and deadlines
* Understand creative briefs and ensure accurate execution
* Give clear, actionable feedback
* Communicate updates and issues via Slack or Loom
* Manage time effectively in a remote work environment

Work Conditions
* Location: 100% Remote
* Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), aligned with US business hours
* Employment Type: Long-term, permanent (not freelance or per-project)
