Full-Time Cold Caller and Appointment Setter (SEO Agency)

Hello!
We are currently looking for a full-time Cold Caller and Appointment Setter for our rapidly growing SEO Agency.
As a Cold Calling Appointment Setter, your role is to call business owners using our training, scripts, and SOPs, and consistently book sales appointments for our closers.
This is a performance-based role and we are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, has strong English speaking ability, and can dial at high volume daily.
Key Expectations
You must be able to hit the following minimum targets:
300 to 500 outbound calls per day
Minimum 100 connected calls per day
Minimum 3 to 5 booked appointments per day (this is the minimum requirement)
Responsibilities
Cold call business owners daily using our script and process
Follow our training, SOPs, and instructions exactly
Ask qualification questions and gather required details
Book appointments directly into our calendar
Maintain a confident, friendly, professional tone on every call
Stay online and active during work hours
Track your daily call volume, connections, and booked appointments
Requirements
Strong English speaking ability (clear pronunciation and confidence)
Great tonality, communication, and listening skills
Must be comfortable dialing high volume daily
Reliable and consistent work ethic (full-time availability)
Coachable and able to implement feedback quickly
Prior cold calling experience is preferred, but not required if you are a fast learner
Compensation
Base Pay: $200 CAD per month
Commission: 10% commission on every closed sale resulting from your booked appointments
