IT Manager / Solution Expert

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT leader with up to 7 proven years of experience to oversee our technology strategy, operations, and security. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide remote technical support to our team of interpreters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows troubleshooting and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist interpreters in connecting to remote interpreting sessions (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, Google Meet)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely

Additional Information:
