We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to own the end-to-end recruitment process. Unlike a generalist HR role, this position focuses on sourcing, vetting, and placing industry-trained professionals (Administrative, Loan Processing, Marketing, etc.) for our Australian client base.
You will act as the bridge between our Sales/Business Development team (who signs the clients) and the Operations team (who manage the VAs). Your success is measured by your ability to fill roles quickly with high-quality, culturally aligned talent, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requisition & Sourcing (Proactive Pipeline Building)
Client Handover: Receive job requisitions from the Sales/Business Development team after a client is signed. Review client-specific JD’s, culture fit notes, and technical requirements .
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards (OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn), social media, and industry-specific databases to source candidates. You must maintain a pipeline of at least 50-100 active candidates per month .
Targeted Outreach: Proactively headhunt passive talent for hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Mortgage Associates, Loan Processors, Senior EAs).
2. Screening & Selection
Initial Screening: Conduct high-volume screening calls (via phone or Zoom) to verify English proficiency, technical skills, and remote work setup (internet speed, quiet home office).
Skills Assessment: Administer or coordinate skills testing (e.g., grammar, Excel, or specific mortgage software) to ensure candidates meet the "pre-vetted" standard YVP is known for .
Interview Coordination: Manage the logistics of scheduling interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the Australian clients .
3. Offer Management & Onboarding
Offer Negotiation: Extend verbal offers and negotiate salary/benefits based on the client’s budget and the candidate’s expectations.
Pre-Joining Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates during their notice period to prevent "ghosting" or drop-offs before the start date .
Onboarding Handoff: Coordinate with the HR/Operations team to initiate background checks, ISO 27001 compliance documentation, and system access setup for the new VA.
4. Retention & Replacement Guarantee
3-Month Check-in: Follow up with the client and the new VA during the first 30-90 days (trial period) to ensure satisfaction and cultural alignment.
Replacement Clause: If a placed VA leaves within the first 3 months, you are responsible for initiating a free replacement process immediately to fulfill YVP’s guarantee to the client .
5. Data & Reporting
Maintain meticulous records in the CRM (Creatio/Google Sheets) regarding candidate status, interview feedback, and time-to-hire metrics.
Submit a weekly report to the Recruitment Manager detailing: # of sourced leads, # of screenings completed, # of client interviews, and # of successful placements
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. This experience must have been gained while working for an Outsourcing Agency, BPO, or VA Agency serving international (AU/US/UK) clients .
Remote Work Proficiency: You are tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of hitting targets without direct in-person supervision .
Tech Stack: Experienced with CRM systems, Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs), and LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator .
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; you must be comfortable on video calls with Australian stakeholders.
Hardware: Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a backup connection/power source
