The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front line of our growth engine. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers who can benefit from GEO services, and book meetings for our sales team.
This is a pure outbound + smart inbound qualification role, ideal for someone who enjoys research, personalization, and meaningful B2B conversations—not spray-and-pray sales.
Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal prospects (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth, SEO/Growth leaders)
Execute outbound outreach via
Qualify inbound leads and assess GEO fit, urgency, and budget
Personalize messaging based on company visibility, AI presence, and content footprint
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives / Founders
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)
Collaborate with marketing on messaging, ICP refinement, and campaign feedback
Stay up to date on AI search trends, GEO use cases, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience (B2B, SaaS, MarTech, SEO, or Digital Marketing preferred)
Strong written English and clear verbal communication
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
Highly organized and metrics-driven
Curious mindset with the ability to learn technical concepts (AI, search, content, discovery)
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling SEO, content, marketing services, or SaaS
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools
Background in growth, marketing, or performance marketing
What Success Looks Like
Consistently booking high-quality meetings with ICP-matched prospects
High show-up and close-rate from your sourced meetings
Clear understanding of GEO value and ability to articulate it confidently
Strong collaboration with sales and marketing
