Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
Optimize Gorgias macros, rules, and automations
Collaborate with international teams (logistics, marketing, operations)
Identify recurring issues and suggest continuous improvements to support processes

At least 3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce or SaaS preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Gorgias
Fluent written and spoken English
Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
