JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Content Creation & Editing Specialist to help us scale content production using our internal AI article generation tool.

Our AI system produces articles focused on gardening topics such as plant care, seasonal gardening tips, pruning guides, growing vegetables and flowers, and regional gardening advice. The primary responsibility of this role is editorial quality, ensuring every article is accurate, practical, and reads naturally in fluent English.

Core Responsibilities (Highest Priority)

- Review and fact-check AI-generated articles for accuracy, relevance, and credibility

- Edit and polish content so it reads naturally, clearly, and professionally in fluent English

- Improve structure, flow, and readability while maintaining the original intent

Additional Responsibilities

- Select the most relevant images for each H2 section (AI suggestions are provided; final selection is yours)

- Publish and format articles in WordPress, including headings, images, and layout

- Manage large volumes of content efficiently while maintaining consistent quality

Requirements

- Excellent command of written English

- Strong editing skills and attention to detail

- Experience with WordPress publishing and formatting

- A good eye for visuals and image relevance

- Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows

- Reliable, organized, and quality-focused
