The Opportunity
This is an appointment setter role, but not a volume-chasing one.
Your job is not to book the highest number of calls possible.
Your job is to protect the time and effectiveness of our closers.
You will speak with business owners, qualify intent, filter out noise, and book only high-quality, high-intent sales calls that are actually worth taking. The better your judgment, the stronger the entire sales system becomes.
You are the first real human touchpoint in the process. Your ability to read people, ask the right questions, and disqualify confidently determines close rates, deal quality, and revenue.
This role is built for people who are calm, sharp, persuasive, and selective.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You will:
• Call primarily inbound leads who have already expressed interest
• Speak directly with construction business owners and decision-makers
• Qualify for seriousness, intent, and fit
• Ask intelligent questions that surface real buying signals
• Disqualify low-intent or misaligned prospects without hesitation
• Book highly qualified sales appointments for closers
• Act as a gatekeeper so closers only speak with the right people
Success here is measured by sales efficiency and deal quality, not raw appointment volume.
