We are looking for a Google LSA savage — someone who knows the platform inside out and can fix, optimize, and scale LSA accounts at will.
If you are the person contractors call when their:
- LSA leads drop
- Google Business Profile gets suspended
- verification breaks
- rankings tank
-?- spam competitors outrank them
you are exactly who we want.
If you need tutorials, hand-holding, or “figuring it out as you go”… do not apply.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN (END TO END)
You own one thing:
making our contractors get consistent LSA leads.
That includes:
• Full setup and optimization of Google Local Service Ads
• Deep Google Business Profile troubleshooting
• Fixing suspensions, verifications, and eligibility issues
• Resolving ranking drops, disapprovals, and policy problems
• Handling duplicates, address conflicts, category issues
• Aggressive optimization to maximize lead volume + quality
• Daily monitoring and fast adjustments
• Supporting 20 active Google LSA accounts
• Working internally — no client-facing sales calls
You are the final authority on Google LSA inside our company.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is for someone who:
• Has extensive hands-on experience with Google LSA
• Can fix nearly any Google Business Profile issue without waiting on support
• Understands contractor niches (remodeling, roofing, painting, concrete, etc.)
• Is performance-driven and outcome-obsessed
• Wants long-term stability with one company
• Is comfortable owning results across multiple accounts
• Is focused, disciplined, and professional
This is not freelance work.
This is full-time ownership.
COMPENSATION (READ THIS)
• Base Pay: $2,000–$3,000/month (based on experience)
• Retention Bonus:
– $50 per Google LSA account retained beyond 6 months
– We currently manage 20 active LSA accounts
– Full retention = $1,000/month extra
• Total Potential: $3,000–$4,000+/month with strong retention
• Paid consistently, on time
• Performance-based raises for killers
You are paid for keeping accounts alive and producing leads, not just setting them up.
