Responsibilities Include:
Admin / Operations
Contract management using Google Workspace and internal workflow sheets
Organizing all transaction documents in Google Drive by property address
Managing team access via Google Workspace Groups
Handling ratification-to-closing checklists
Creating and maintaining buyer and seller workflows
CRM & Client Systems
CRM management and database updates
New lead workflows and transaction tracking
Experience with real estate systems and client software such as:
ReferralMaker, Ignite, RealHub, CoreLogic, InspectExpress
Email
Managing
Experience with Flodesk, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Gmail
New listing, market report, and event-based
Calendars & Scheduling
Google Calendar management
Scheduling using Google Calendar and Calendly
Social Media & Marketing
Daily posting across platforms (Instagram,
Creating marketing content using Canva
Supporting listing, market report, and event-based social media workflows
Project Management & Communication
Managing tasks and workflows using Trello, Asana, Slack
Team communication via Slack
Video and messaging communication using Zoom, WhatsApp,
Tools & Systems
Experience with DocuSign, Dotloop / Transaction Desk, Adobe, Let Alliance
Maintaining master password documents securely
Dashboard creation and management (transactions, events, social media)
Productivity & Technology
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency
