Remote Client Success Representative (Bilingual – English)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Position Type: Client Support - Data Entry

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Client Success Representative to join our remote team. This role is fully inbound and focused on delivering excellent customer service, managing client communications, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English, highly organized, disciplined, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to clients
Manage client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups efficiently
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Resolve issues while ensuring client satisfaction
Communicate clearly with internal teams when needed
Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in customer service, client success, or contact center roles
Bilingual: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of responsibility, discipline, and commitment
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong time management and organizational skills

Technical Requirements:
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Personal computer or laptop suitable for remote work
Ability to use CRM systems and communication tools
