850 Club Credit is a fast-growing credit education company helping people improve their credit scores and qualify for homes, funding, and financial opportunities. We generate leads through YouTube, email, and community programs and are focused on improving conversions through better automation and follow-up.

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Implementer to audit, build, and optimize our CRM, automations, and follow-up systems to increase revenue and reduce manual work. You must be willing to ask questions during our business hours 9am - 2pm cst.

This is not an admin role.
This role is for someone who builds systems that convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily update reports on progress.

Audit existing SOP's and automations, account, pipelines, and workflows

Build and optimize lead follow-up automations (email + SMS)

Create and improve pipelines for leads, members, and buyers

Fix broken or inefficient workflows and triggers

Ensure leads are properly tagged, segmented, and followed up

Schedule "how to" training video with tea ---------- mbers to explain the updates.

Document systems and hand off SOPs when complete

Required Experience

Proven experience implementing GoHighLevel (not just using it)

Experience building workflows, triggers, pipelines, and automations

Strong understanding of lead follow-up and conversion systems

Ability to work independently and deliver results

Clear written communication
