About You

You are a strategic Amazon marketplace leader who can own end to end growth plans across multiple client accounts, translating business goals into clear quarterly roadmaps, weekly priorities, and measurable outcomes. You are equally comfortable in Seller Central and Vendor Central, and you can move from high-level strategy to hands-on execution when needed, especially around catalog, inventory, account health, and advertising performance.

Organized and detail-oriented, you pride yourself on proactively identifying ways to help the Team all while displaying a friendly, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor. You’re adaptable to change and comfortable communicating across a team to clarify tasks and prioritize across the department. You have experience with consumer products on the Amazon platform, as well as in building a growing brand.

You see AI and automation as force multipliers, not threats. You're comfortable using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to draft copy, analyze data, brainstorm strategy, and accelerate research -not as a crutch, but as a tool that lets you do more strategic work. Beyond PPC automation platforms like Quartile, you actively look for ways to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows, whether that's building simple automations, using scripts, or adopting new tools as they emerge.

A quick learner with a desire to adapt in an ever-changing industry. Time management is a strength - you prioritize meeting client deadlines, asking questions and communicating delays appropriately. You’re able to work independently, staying focused and on-task in a remote work environment.

You’re able to set goals and establish realistic deadlines in collaboration with other tea ---------- mbers, test iteratively (we love to test), achieving measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities
Own Amazon strategy across a portfolio of clients, including annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, and accountability for revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets (ACOS, TACOS, CPO, contribution margin where applicable).
Serve as the subject matter expert for Seller Central and Vendor Central, including catalog management, inventory and forecasting inputs, reporting, account health, Brand Registry, and support case management.
Create and oversee launch plans that combine listing readiness, keyword strategy, SEO copy direction, variation and parentage strategy, review generation approach, and ranking goals.
Lead Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Attribution, ensuring full-funnel coverage, structured testing, and clear optimization plans.
Demonstrate PPC depth by leveraging automation platforms such as Quartile (or comparable tooling) to scale optimizations, set guardrails, and validate automation outcomes against Amazon Ads reporting and business goals.
Direct ongoing experimentation and A/B testing across key levers (creative, retail readiness, product page elements, pricing, promotions, targeting, bids, budgets) and convert learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify risks, whitespace, and growth opportunities, then translate insights into account-specific action plans.
Build reporting narratives using Excel or Google Sheets (and third-party dashboards where relevant), delivering weekly and monthly updates that tie actions to results and next steps.
Lead cross-functional execution with Amazon Managers, PPC Specialists, VAs, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and hit client goals.
Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities across marketplaces and regions where relevant (for example, international Amazon programs, Walmart) and guide the execution path.

Mandatory Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with advanced knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central, including Brand Registry, catalog governance, account health, reporting, and support workflows.
Strong Amazon PPC expertise across campaign types and objectives, including targeting strategy, bid and budget management, and performance diagnosis.
Proven experience using Quartile (preferred) or comparable PPC automation platforms, including setting rules, interpreting outputs, validating results, and knowing when to override automation based on context.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute client strategy plans, including roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and KPI ownership across multiple brands.
Advanced keyword research and competitive analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into listing, launch, and advertising action plans.
Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, performance reporting).
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong client-facing presentation skills and the ability to lead strategy and performance calls with US-based stakeholders.
Strong process discipline, including the ability to create, improve, and enforce SOPs across a team.
Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize across accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Familiarity with common Amazon tooling such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout (or equivalent research and reporting tools).
Strong collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability.
Team player
